Findings on the Investigation
of Electoral Frauds and Malpractices in 2020
Multi-party Democracy General Election

Conspiracies during Pre-Election Period

An election is not a process that starts with voting and ends with announcing results. The entire process has a series of steps that are connected to each other and in that process, there is interaction between the respective stakeholders and institutions. The elections are held periodically as a cycle. As each process in an electoral cycle depends on other processes, it cannot be a fair election and will cause the negative impact if one of these processes fails and/or if there is an individual or institutional interference in the process.
